Repco Home Finance reports half-year profit and income growth

Repco Home Finance Limited reported its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. For the half year, standalone net profit reached ₹214.89 crores, compared to ₹217.95 crores in the previous year, while consolidated net profit stood at ₹211.10 crores, compared to ₹214.16 crores last year. Total comprehensive income for the half year was ₹214.37 crores standalone and ₹224.28 crores consolidated.

The company's total income for the half year on a standalone basis was ₹886.39 crores, with consolidated total income at ₹882.60 crores. Segment revenue from housing-related finance reached ₹882.60 crores for the half year. Earnings Per Share (Basic) for the half year stood at ₹34.35 (standalone) and ₹35.93 (consolidated).

The board of directors approved these results on November 12, 2025, following review by the audit committee. These financial statements comply with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
