PCBL to attend three investor conferences in November

PCBL Chemical Limited announced its participation in a series of investor conferences scheduled for November 2025. The company will attend the CITIC CLSA India Forum on November 19, the JM Financial India Conference on November 20, and the Kotak Midcap Conference 2025 on November 21. All three conferences will take place in Mumbai.

This announcement was made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. K. Mukherjee, company secretary and chief legal officer, confirmed that no unpublished price sensitive information is expected to be shared during these meetings. The company also noted that the conference schedule is subject to change due to exigencies.

The notice, dated November 12, 2025, was addressed to both the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Ltd. PCBL Chemical Limited, formerly known as "PCBL Limited," maintains its registered office in Kolkata.
