Man Infraconstruction declares interim dividend, reports financial results

Man Infraconstruction Limited announced that its board of directors, at a meeting on November 12, 2025, approved the unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. This approval followed a limited review by the statutory auditors, M/s. G. M. Kapadia & Co. The company reported a consolidated profit after tax of INR 11,078.31 lakhs for the half year ended September 30, 2025, and a standalone profit after tax of INR 9,107.02 lakhs for the same period.

The board also declared a second interim dividend of INR 0.45 per equity share, representing 22.50% on 40,36,66,505 equity shares with a face value of INR 2 each, for the financial year 2025-26. The record date for determining shareholder entitlement to this dividend is set for Tuesday, November 18, 2025, with payment scheduled for Tuesday, December 02, 2025.

The consolidated segment-wise revenue for EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Contracting) for the half-year ended September 30, 2025, was INR 15,474.01 lakhs, while Real Estate generated INR 16,786.48 lakhs. The consolidated total assets stood at INR 2,54,661.51 lakhs as of September 30, 2025.
