Magellanic Cloud board to meet on November 17 to consider fundraise

Magellanic Cloud Limited announced its board of directors will meet on Monday, November 17, 2025, to consider a proposal for raising funds. The meeting will explore various instruments, including equity shares, convertible or non-convertible securities, warrants, or debt securities. These could be issued through preferential issue, private placements, rights issue, or other methods, subject to regulatory and statutory approvals, including shareholder approval.

In accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for the company's securities will be closed for all directors, officers, designated persons, and their immediate relatives starting November 12, 2025. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the public announcement of the board meeting's outcome. All relevant parties have been explicitly informed not to trade during this period.
