Insecticides India reports Q2 2025 results, appoints new COO

Insecticides India Limited announced unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported a profit before tax of INR 15,104.05 lacs and a profit of INR 11,261.07 lacs for the period. Consolidated results show a profit before tax of INR 15,631.06 lacs and a profit of INR 11,721.29 lacs for the period. Revenue from operations on a standalone basis was INR 133,262.13 lacs, and on a consolidated basis was INR 132,883.40 lacs for the half-year.

The board of directors approved the appointment of Devendra Kumar Ray as chief operating officer (COO) effective November 12, 2025. Ray brings over 35 years of experience in chemical manufacturing and operations management.
