Indraprastha Gas reports Q2 FY26 results, postpones earnings call

Indraprastha Gas Limited reported standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, with a profit before tax of INR 475.36 crores, leading to a profit for the period of INR 372.51 crores. Total revenue from operations for the quarter was INR 4,445.89 crores. Consolidated results show a profit for the period of INR 384.95 crores with total revenue from operations at INR 4,445.96 crores for the same quarter.

The company also announced that the conference call to discuss these unaudited financial results has been postponed. Originally scheduled for Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 4:00 PM (IST), it will now take place on Friday, November 14, 2025, at 2:00 PM (IST). The call will feature management speakers including managing director Mr. K. K. Chatiwal.

The financial results and the updated earnings call schedule were formally communicated through filings to both the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India on November 12, 2025.
