Chiripal Exim LLP reduces stake in Shanti Educational Initiatives

Chiripal Exim LLP and Savitridevi V Chiripal, acting in concert, have disclosed a sale of shares in Shanti Educational Initiatives Limited. This transaction, conducted between November 7 and November 10, 2025, falls under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.

Before the sale, Chiripal Exim LLP held 96,97,138 shares (6.03% of total voting capital) and Savitridevi V Chiripal held 49,04,000 shares (3.05%), totaling 1,46,01,138 shares or 9.08%. During the sale, Chiripal Exim LLP sold 14,69,898 shares (0.91%) and Savitridevi V Chiripal sold 9,50,065 shares (0.59%), representing a combined disposal of 24,19,963 shares (1.50%) through open market operations.

Following these transactions, Chiripal Exim LLP's holding stands at 82,27,240 shares (5.11%) and Savitridevi V Chiripal's at 39,53,935 shares (2.46%). The combined stake of Chiripal Exim LLP and Savitridevi V Chiripal now totals 1,21,81,175 shares, representing 7.57% of Shanti Educational Initiatives Limited's total equity share capital.
