Bosch to host investor meetings in Mumbai next week

Bosch Limited announced a schedule of analyst and investor meetings/conferences under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The meetings are slated for Monday, November 17, 2025, in Mumbai, commencing at 9:30 am IST. These will be physical meetings, including an investor conference organized by Batlivala & Karani Securities Pvt. Ltd, as well as group and one-to-one discussions.

Guruprasad Mudlapur, managing director and chief technology officer, and Karin Gilges, chief financial officer, will represent Bosch Limited at these events. The company emphasized that no unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI) will be disclosed during these conferences.
