Adani Enterprises announces ₹24.93bn rights issue

Adani Enterprises Limited announced a rights issue of up to 138.5 million partly paid-up equity shares, each with a face value of ₹1, at an issue price of ₹1,800.00 per share. This includes a premium of ₹1,799.00 per rights equity share, totaling an aggregate of up to ₹24,930.30 crores.
