Vodafone Idea reports INR 55.24bn Q2 2025 consolidated loss

For the second quarter ended September 30, 2025, Vodafone Idea Limited reported a consolidated loss after tax of INR 55,242 million, with total comprehensive loss reaching INR 55,256 million. Revenue from operations for the quarter stood at INR 111,947 million. The diluted earnings per share for the period was (INR 0.51). These results were reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the board of directors on November 10, 2025.

On a standalone basis, the company also reported a loss after tax of INR 55,839 million for the quarter, with revenues from operations at INR 110,680 million. For the six months ended September 30, 2025, the consolidated loss after tax escalated to INR 121,323 million, on revenues of INR 222,172 million. The diluted earnings per share for the half-year was (INR 1.13).

Comparative figures for the quarter ended September 30, 2024, show a consolidated loss after tax of INR 71,759 million on revenues of INR 109,322 million, with diluted earnings per share of (INR 1.03). The company's paid-up equity share capital as of September 30, 2025, remained at INR 1,083,430 million, while reserves excluding revaluation reserve were (INR 1,908,032 million).
