Suyog Telematics reports profit before tax dip, revenue rises in half-year results

Suyog Telematics Limited reported its unaudited standalone financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2025. For the half-year, standalone profit before tax (PBT) decreased to INR 4,321.74 Lakhs from INR 4,561.49 Lakhs in the previous year's half-year. Total standalone revenue for the half-year reached INR 10,702.25 Lakhs, up from INR 10,143.04 Lakhs in the same period last year.

On a consolidated basis, the company reported PBT for the half-year at INR 4,367.72 Lakhs, compared to INR 4,561.49 Lakhs year-on-year. Consolidated total revenue for the half-year stood at INR 11,329.23 Lakhs. The board approved these results at its meeting on November 11, 2025.

Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) for the half-year (standalone) was INR 30.06, while diluted EPS was INR 27.48. For the consolidated results, basic EPS was INR 30.37 and diluted EPS was INR 27.77. The company’s equity share capital stood at INR 1,118.96 Lakhs for both standalone and consolidated results as of September 30, 2025.
