Sarla Performance Fibers reports Q2 results, appoints new company secretary

Sarla Performance Fibers Limited's board of directors approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The company reported a total consolidated income of INR 24,254.82 lakhs for the half year, with a consolidated profit after tax of INR 4,137.68 lakhs. Standalone results showed a total income of INR 24,305.95 lakhs and a profit after tax of INR 4,187.03 lakhs for the half year.

CS Mustafa Manasawala was named as the new company secretary & compliance officer, effective November 11, 2025. Mr. Manasawala brings over four years of experience in corporate law compliance, SEBI regulations, and governance.

The company's consolidated total assets stood at INR 77,715.00 lakhs as of September 30, 2025, with equity attributable to shareholders at INR 51,449.47 lakhs. Standalone total assets were INR 80,085.62 lakhs, and equity was INR 54,069.15 lakhs.
