Rattanindia enterprises reports mixed Q2 2025 results, swings to quarterly loss

Rattanindia Enterprises Limited recorded a consolidated net loss of INR 3,965.57 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, a significant reversal from the profit of INR 5,023.20 million in the previous quarter. However, the half-year consolidated profit stood at INR 1,057.63 million, down from INR 6,096.57 million in the prior half-year. Total consolidated revenue from operations for the quarter decreased to INR 21,239.18 million from INR 23,131.75 million in the preceding quarter.

On a standalone basis, the company reported a net loss of INR 4,008.53 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, compared to a profit of INR 5,140.49 million in the previous quarter. For the half-year, standalone profit was INR 1,131.96 million. The decline in quarterly performance was primarily attributed to a substantial net loss on fair value changes of INR 4,575.03 million for both consolidated and standalone results, compared to a gain of INR 6,096.49 million in the previous quarter.

The company's total consolidated assets as of September 30, 2025, were INR 32,807.34 million, an increase from INR 26,357.35 million as of March 31, 2025. Equity holders of the company reported a consolidated net loss of INR 3,965.48 million for the quarter, resulting in a basic EPS of INR -2.87.
