Promoters boost stake in Himadri Speciality Chemical through preferential allotment

Anurag Choudhary and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) have acquired 100m equity shares in Himadri Speciality Chemical Limited (HSCL) through a preferential allotment on November 7, 2025. This acquisition involved Anurag Choudhary acquiring 60m shares and Amit Choudhary acquiring 40m shares.

Prior to this acquisition, the total equity share capital of HSCL was 494,477,750 equity shares of Re 1 each. Following the acquisition, the equity share capital increased to 504,494,950 equity shares of Re 1 each.

The acquisition has resulted in an increase in the holding of Anurag Choudhary and PACs. Anurag Choudhary's holding increased from 7.55% to 8.59% of total share capital. The combined holding of all PACs, including the acquirer, now stands at 52.50% of the total share capital, up from 51.55% before the acquisition.
