Paras Defence secures significant anti-drone system order from Ministry of Defence

Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited ("PARAS") has received an order from the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, for portable counter-drone systems (PCDS) (anti-drone). The order is valued at approximately INR 35.68 Crores (including GST).

The contract is for the supply of these anti-drone systems and is expected to be executed tentatively by May 2026. This domestic order was awarded by a government entity.

The company confirmed there are no promoter or promoter group interests in the entity that awarded the order, nor does the order fall under related party transactions. This announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
