Axis Bank revises Q2FY26 investor presentation, allots shares

Axis Bank has issued a revised investor presentation for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The update corrects business information on Slide 21 of the Q2FY26 investor presentation, which was initially released on October 15, 2025. The corrected presentation is now available on the Bank's website.

Additionally, Axis Bank allotted 167,367 equity shares, each valued at INR 2, on November 11, 2025. This allotment stems from the exercise of stock options and units under its ESOP/RSU Scheme. As a result, the Bank's paid-up share capital has increased from INR 6,206,696,380 (3,103,348,190 equity shares of INR 2 each) to INR 6,207,031,114 (3,103,515,557 equity shares of INR 2 each).
