AAVAS Financiers grants over 1.7m stock options to employees

AAVAS Financiers Limited confirmed that its nomination and remuneration committee approved the grant of new stock options under various employee stock option plans on November 11, 2025.

The grants include 301,230 options under the Equity Stock Option Plan-2022 (ESOP-2022), 10,000 options under the Performance Stock Option Plan-2024 (PSOP-2024), and 1,422,470 options under the Equity Stock Option Plan-2025 (ESOP-2025). The total number of equity shares covered by these options amounts to 1,733,700 across the three schemes.

The vesting schedules for ESOP 2022 and ESOP 2025 stipulate 20% vesting annually over five years, while PSOP 2024 vests 25% annually over four years. These grants comply with SEBI regulations.
