Vardhman Holdings reports mixed half-year results

Vardhman Holdings Limited reported a substantial increase in standalone total comprehensive income for the half year ended September 30, 2025, reaching ₹121.76 Crores, up from ₹117.92 Crores in the previous year. Profit before tax for the period stood at ₹48.12 Crores, compared to ₹44.46 Crores in the half year ended September 30, 2024. Revenue from operations also rose to ₹47.88 Crores from ₹47.34 Crores in the prior half year.

On a consolidated basis, the company's total comprehensive income was ₹195.09 Crores for the half year ended September 30, 2025, down from ₹209.96 Crores in the same period last year. Consolidated profit before tax was ₹120.95 Crores, down from ₹136.49 Crores. The diluted earnings per equity share on a consolidated basis decreased to ₹340.58 from ₹383.87.

The company's financial results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on November 10, 2025. The statutory auditors have expressed an unmodified conclusion on these unaudited results.
