Usha Martin reports strong half-year consolidated results

Usha Martin Limited announced its unaudited consolidated financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2025, reporting a total income from operations of ₹1,79,475 Lakhs. The consolidated net profit after tax for the half-year stood at ₹21,061 Lakhs, a substantial increase from ₹10,931 Lakhs in the corresponding half-year of 2024. Earnings per share (basic and diluted) for the half-year also saw an upward trend, reaching ₹7.50, compared to ₹3.59 in the previous year.

For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, consolidated total income from operations was ₹90,756 Lakhs, with a net profit after tax of ₹10,980 Lakhs. The total comprehensive income for the quarter was ₹15,104 Lakhs.

On a standalone basis, Usha Martin reported a turnover of ₹1,09,090 Lakhs for the half-year ended September 30, 2025, with a profit after tax of ₹15,037 Lakhs. The standalone turnover for the quarter was ₹55,079 Lakhs, and profit after tax was ₹7,950 Lakhs.
