Uravi Defence & Technology reports Q2 2025 financial results

The board of directors of Uravi Defence & Technology Limited approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025, during their meeting on November 10, 2025. The standalone net profit for the period was INR 39.61 Lakhs for Q2 2025, increasing to INR 76.66 Lakhs for the half-year ended September 30, 2025. Standalone total income for the quarter was INR 1,053.19 Lakhs, with half-year total income reaching INR 1,913.33 Lakhs.

On a consolidated basis, the net profit for the quarter attributable to owners was INR 8.35 Lakhs, with the half-year figure at INR 50.92 Lakhs. Consolidated total income for the quarter was INR 1,234.71 Lakhs, and for the half-year, it stood at INR 2,277.11 Lakhs.
