Triveni Turbine reports strong Q2/H1 FY26 with record order bookings

Triveni Turbine Limited announced its Q2 and H1 FY26 financial results, with standalone revenue from operations at ₹4,786 million and consolidated revenue at ₹5,062 million for Q2 FY26, a 1% year-over-year increase. Consolidated EBITDA grew by 1.5% to ₹1,330 million, maintaining a margin of 26.3%. Consolidated profit after tax for Q2 FY26 increased marginally by 0.4% to ₹914 million. The company achieved a record order booking of ₹6,523 million in Q2 FY26, up 14% year-over-year, contributing to an all-time high outstanding order book of ₹22,197 million as of September 30, 2025, a 24% increase from the previous year.

Domestic order booking surged by 52% to ₹4,068 million, while export order booking declined by 19% to ₹2,455 million due to global trade uncertainties. The Aftermarket segment recorded its highest-ever order booking of ₹1,988 million, an increase of 15% year-over-year, and a turnover of ₹1,776 million, up 8%. This segment now contributes a robust 35% to turnover. Furthermore, TTL announced the acquisition of the remaining 30% equity stake in TSE Engineering Pty. Ltd. (South Africa) for ZAR 10.97 million (₹56 million), making it a wholly-owned step-down subsidiary.

In corporate developments, the company's registered office will shift to Unit No. 401, 4th Floor, BPTP Capital City, Sector 94, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201301, effective November 17, 2025. This new location will also serve as the Corporate Office. Additionally, M/s. Ernst & Young LLP has been re-appointed as the internal auditor for a further three-year term.
