Tata Motors equity shares set to list after scheme approval

Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited announced that equity shares of Tata Motors Limited (formerly TML Commercial Vehicles Limited, or "TMCV") are approved for listing and trading on BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. This follows the Composite Scheme of Arrangement, sanctioned by the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, via orders dated August 25, 2025, and September 10, 2025.

The listing and trading of these equity shares are effective November 12, 2025. This development follows an earlier intimation on October 15, 2025, regarding the allotment of these shares as part of the Composite Scheme of Arrangement.
