Shakti Trusts Boost Stakes Again in Shakti Pumps

Shakti Future Trust disclosed on November 10, 2025, an acquisition of 11,000 equity shares in Shakti Pumps (India) Limited through an open market transaction. This transaction was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.

Before the acquisition, Shakti Future Trust held 90,05,000 shares, representing 7.30% of the total share/voting capital. The recent purchase of 11,000 shares, which accounts for 0.01% of the company's capital, increases their total holding to 90,16,000 shares, or 7.31%.

The total equity share capital of Shakti Pumps (India) Limited stands at Rs. 123,39,79,650, comprising 12,33,97,965 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
