Shakti Sons Trust boosts stake in Shakti Pumps

Shakti Sons Trust announced an acquisition of 27,000 equity shares in Shakti Pumps (India) Limited on November 10, 2025. This open market purchase falls under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.

Following this acquisition, Shakti Sons Trust's total holding in Shakti Pumps (India) Limited increased to 22,645,600 shares, representing 18.35% of the total share/voting capital.
