RDB Infrastructure expands into solar power with 51 MW project

RDB Infrastructure and Power Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with NRG Renewable Resources Private Limited. The agreement, dated November 10, 2025, is for the execution of solar power projects with a combined capacity of 51 MW (AC) / 65 MW (DC).

These projects will be developed across six sites located near Nagpur, Maharashtra. The total EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contract price for these projects is stated as INR 277 Crores.

Execution of the work order is scheduled to commence within seven days from the receipt of an advance payment. The disclosure underscores the company's strategic expansion into the solar power sector.
