Navneet Education declares interim dividend, sets record date

Navneet Education Limited's board of directors, in a meeting held on Monday, November 10, 2025, has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26. This dividend represents 75% of the equity share's face value of Rs. 2/- each.

In accordance with Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company has fixed Tuesday, November 18, 2025, as the 'Record Date'. This date will determine the shareholders eligible to receive the interim dividend.

The announcement was formally communicated to the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and the Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd.
