Mathew Cyriac, along with Florintree Insurtech LLP and Elimath Advisors Pvt Ltd, has disclosed changes in their holdings in Reliance Infrastructure Limited. Prior to these transactions, their combined holding stood at 2,30,35,060 shares, representing 5.64% of the total voting capital.

The recent open market transactions involved Mathew Cyriac selling 1,52,07,154 shares (3.72%), Florintree Insurtech LLP selling 18,97,347 shares (0.46%), and Elimath Advisors Pvt Ltd acquiring 69,88,596 shares (1.71%).

Following these adjustments, the combined holding of Mathew Cyriac, Elimath Advisors Pvt Ltd, and Florintree Insurtech LLP now stands at 1,29,19,155 shares, amounting to 3.16% of Reliance Infrastructure's total voting capital of 40,86,31,194 shares. The disclosure was made on November 4, 2025.
