KEC International reports Q2 2025 revenue growth and profit

KEC International's board of directors approved the unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations was INR 6,091.56 crore for the quarter and INR 11,114.44 crore for the half-year. Consolidated profit after tax for the quarter was INR 160.75 crore, and for the half-year, it was INR 285.34 crore.

Standalone results for the quarter show revenue from operations at INR 4,948.53 crore and profit after tax at INR 105.72 crore. For the half-year, standalone revenue from operations was INR 8,978.47 crore, with profit after tax reaching INR 142.54 crore.

Statutory auditors, Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP, conducted a "Limited Review" of these results, affirming their preparation in accordance with Indian Accounting Standard 34. The review encompasses results from 41 branches, 34 jointly controlled operations, and 17 subsidiaries.
