Kaynes Technology announces independent director resignation

Kaynes Technology India Limited informed stock exchanges on November 10, 2025, about the resignation of Anup Kumar Bhat from his position as an independent director, effective immediately. Bhat cited commitments to various other assignments as the reason for his departure.

Concurrently with his resignation as an independent director, Bhat will also cease to be a member of the Audit Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and Risk Management Committee of the company. He confirmed there are no other material reasons for his resignation beyond those stated in his resignation letter.
