Inox Wind shareholders approve independent director appointment

Inox Wind Limited announced today the results of its postal ballot, confirming the approval of Madhurima Sayan Das's appointment as an independent director. The resolution, detailed in the notice dated September 4, 2025, was passed with the requisite majority on November 7, 2025.

The remote e-voting process, conducted from October 9 to November 7, 2025, saw significant participation. Of the total votes cast, 1,06,79,39,497 shares (97.05% of votes cast and 61.80% of total shares) were in favor of the resolution. Only 3,25,02,723 shares (2.95% of votes cast and 1.88% of total shares) were against the proposal.

The company's management ensured compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, for the e-voting process. A total of 1,188 members voted in favor, while 73 members voted against the resolution. The results have been duly scrutinised and are available on the company's website.
