HPL Electric board to meet for financial results approval

HPL Electric & Power Limited has scheduled a board of directors meeting for Friday, November 14, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited (standalone & consolidated) financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

In accordance with SEBI regulations, the company's trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives closed following an earlier intimation dated September 24, 2025. This window will remain closed for two working days after the declaration of the financial results to prevent insider trading.
