GR Infraprojects reports strong half-year profit growth, up 24%

GR Infraprojects Limited reported a robust performance for the half-year ended September 30, 2025, with consolidated profit after tax reaching ₹43,396.93 lakhs, an increase from ₹34,964.50 lakhs in the same period of 2024. Total consolidated income for the half-year also saw a rise to ₹3,65,346.31 lakhs, up from ₹3,46,690.24 lakhs year-over-year.

For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, the consolidated profit after tax was ₹18,956.30 lakhs. Consolidated total income for the quarter stood at ₹1,62,614.90 lakhs. Basic earnings per share for the half-year increased to ₹45.14, compared to ₹36.07 in the previous year. The company's consolidated net worth as of September 30, 2025, was reported at ₹8,87,467.27 lakhs.

The board of directors approved these unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results at their meeting on November 10, 2025.
