GR Infraprojects chairman Vinod Kumar Agarwal resigns for health reasons

Vinod Kumar Agarwal has resigned from his positions as chairman, whole-time director, and director of G R Infraprojects Limited, effective November 10, 2025. The company announced this change in directorate to the BSE and NSE, citing health reasons as the sole basis for his departure.

Agarwal, a founder and promoter of the company since its inception in 1995, expressed his gratitude to the board, management, employees, and shareholders. He highlighted his pride in contributing to the company's growth into one of India's leading infrastructure firms over the past three decades.

The resignation, with immediate effect, ensures the company will take the necessary steps to file the requisite forms with authorities. The company confirmed that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than the health reasons stated in the resignation letter.
