Emami declares interim dividend, reports strong half-year financial performance

Emami Limited's board of directors, in a meeting on November 10, 2025, declared a first interim dividend of Rs.4/- per equity share (400% on a Re. 1/- fully paid-up share) for the financial year 2025-26. This dividend will be paid on or before December 9, 2025, with Friday, November 14, 2025, set as the record date.

The company also reported its unaudited consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. For the half-year, total consolidated income reached Rs.1,74,556 lacs, with a profit after tax of Rs.31,261 lacs. Consolidated earnings per share stood at Rs.7.16 for the half-year.

Unaudited standalone financial results showed a total income of Rs.1,43,569 lacs for the half-year, with a profit after tax of Rs.34,543 lacs. Standalone earnings per share were Rs.7.91 for the same half-year period.
