Elcid Investments reports strong half-year financials

Elcid Investments Limited reported impressive unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. Standalone total income from operations for the half year stood at ₹8996.50 lakhs, with a net profit of ₹6799.64 lakhs after tax for the same period. For the second quarter, total income from operations was ₹4947.92 lakhs, and net profit after tax reached ₹3678.59 lakhs.

On a consolidated basis, the company achieved total income from operations of ₹13595.43 lakhs for the half year and a net profit after tax of ₹10236.31 lakhs. For the quarter, consolidated total income from operations was ₹4398.42 lakhs, with a net profit after tax of ₹3173.95 lakhs.

The company's paid-up equity share capital remained consistent at ₹20.00 lakhs for both standalone and consolidated results. The earnings per share (basic and diluted) for the half year on a standalone basis was ₹3399.82 and on a consolidated basis was ₹5118.15. These results were reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the board of directors on November 07, 2025.
