Dynamatic Technologies unveils UAV subsidiary, addresses fines and restructuring

Dynamatic Technologies Limited's board of directors approved its standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. The board also approved the incorporation of Dynauton Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary that will focus on designing and manufacturing advanced Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) and critical subsystems, with an initial paid-up capital of ₹1,00,000.

The company addressed fines totaling ₹11,800 levied by BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited for a delay in furnishing prior intimation about a board meeting held on August 7, 2025. Dynamatic Technologies stated the non-compliance was inadvertent and assured that future disclosures would be timely.

Furthermore, a restructuring initiative within the DLUK Hydraulic division resulted in a provision of £0.6m for workforce reduction costs, and certain intellectual property rights were transferred to Dynamatic Manufacturing Limited. The board meeting, which included these approvals, commenced at 15:30 IST and concluded at 20:30 IST on November 10, 2025.
