Dreamfolks services to acquire majority stake in Ten 11 Hospitality LLP

Dreamfolks Services Limited announced on November 10, 2025, that its board of directors approved an investment not exceeding INR 11.46 crore to acquire a 50.01% partnership stake in Ten 11 Hospitality LLP from existing partners. This acquisition will make Ten 11 Hospitality LLP a subsidiary of Dreamfolks Services, with the transaction expected to be completed within approximately 15 days.

The acquisition aims to consolidate and strengthen Dreamfolks' value chain by integrating Ten 11 Hospitality LLP, a key current service partner. Ten 11 Hospitality LLP operates and manages premium lounges, providing physical infrastructure and assets at key railway stations to support Dreamfolks' existing railway lounge service operations and future railway services.

The total consideration for this acquisition is INR 11.46 crore, to be settled through online banking channels. Ten 11 Hospitality LLP reported a turnover of INR 86,583,007.38 for FY 2024-25, INR 21,479,081.44 for FY 2023-24, and INR 5,987,685.95 for FY 2022-23. The acquisition is not a related party transaction, and no governmental or regulatory approvals are required.
