C.E. Info Systems secures major IOCL contract, boosts GTropy stake

C.E. Info Systems Limited (MapmyIndia) has secured a new project from Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) valued at approximately INR 110.19 crore. The project involves the development, customization, supply, implementation, and maintenance of a Centralized Vehicle Tracking & Management System, including pan-India provisioning and monitoring of IoT hardware, software, services, and 24x7 command center monitoring with alerts and reporting. The execution period for this domestic contract is five years.

Additionally, during the current quarter, C.E. Info Systems made an additional investment of INR 24.99 crore to acquire a further 20.02% shareholding in its subsidiary, GTropy Systems Private Limited, increasing its total ownership to 96%. The company also holds the right to acquire the remaining 4% shareholding at the current valuation within four years. The proposed secondary purchase of shares in Zepto Private Limited did not materialize, although the business relationship continues.

The board of directors approved these developments, along with the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.
