Birlasoft to host investor meetings in November

Birlasoft Limited, on November 10, 2025, informed the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. about its schedule for analyst and institutional investor meetings in November 2025. This notification aligns with the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company will participate in two key investor conferences. The first, the Anand Rathi Annual Flagship Conference, is scheduled for November 14, 2025, at 2 pm in Mumbai. This will be a physical meeting. The second event is the Kotak Securities Midcap Conference, slated for November 21, 2025, at 1 pm, also a physical meeting in Mumbai. Both are categorized as group meetings.

Birlasoft emphasized that the date and time of these meetings are subject to change due to exigencies from either the investor(s) or the company.
