Bharat Forge sets investor meetings in November 2025

Bharat Forge Limited has scheduled three investor interactions between November 13 and November 17, 2025, to comply with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. These meetings aim to engage with analysts and institutional investors regarding company performance and outlook.

The schedule includes a physical one-on-one and group meeting with UBS Investor Conference on November 13, 2025, in Mumbai. This will be followed by a virtual one-on-one and group meeting with Anand Rathi Investor Conference on November 14, 2025, hosted in Pune. The series concludes with another physical one-on-one and group meeting with CLSA Investor Conference on November 17, 2025, also in Mumbai.

Bharat Forge emphasized that the meeting schedule is subject to change due to exigencies or logistical conflicts. The company does not intend to discuss any unpublished price sensitive information during these interactions.
