Amrutanjan Health Care sets record date for first interim dividend

Amrutanjan Health Care Limited announced that November 18, 2025, has been fixed as the record date for the payment of its first interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26. This decision was made pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.

The interim dividend will be paid to members whose names appear in the company's register of members. Additionally, beneficial owners, as per the details received from National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL), will also be eligible as of the record date.
