Adani Power independent directors complete terms

Adani Power Limited announced today that sushil kumar roongta and chandra iyengar have completed their respective terms as independent directors, effective from the close of business hours on November 10, 2025. Consequently, both individuals will cease to be directors of the company. The board of directors expressed sincere appreciation for their valuable contributions during their association with Adani Power.

This disclosure was made to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations. The company also confirmed that details required under Regulation 30, read along with SEBI Master Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are enclosed as "Annexure I" for record-keeping.

The Annexure I further clarifies that no brief profile or disclosure of relationships between directors is applicable in this instance, as the event is a cessation of directorship rather than an appointment. The cessation of directorship for both independent directors is effective from the close of business hours on November 10, 2025, upon the completion of their respective terms.
