Sakuma Exports board to meet for financial results and review

Sakuma Exports Limited has scheduled a board of directors meeting for Friday, November 14, 2025, at 3:30 PM at the company's registered office. The primary agenda includes considering and approving the un-audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter/half-year ended September 30, 2025. Additionally, the board will review and record the limited review report (standalone and consolidated) provided by the statutory auditor.

The company also notified the Exchange that the trading window for its securities has been closed since October 1, 2025, in anticipation of the financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025.
