Windsor Machines expands manufacturing, merges subsidiary, appoints new management

Windsor Machines Limited announced on November 8, 2025, the acquisition of non-agriculture land measuring 77,198 square meters in Chibhda, Rajkot, for INR 55.00 Crore. This land was previously under a 9-year long-term lease. This strategic move aims to expand the company's manufacturing footprint.

Further, the company is merging its wholly-owned subsidiary, Global CNC Private Limited, into Windsor Machines. The merger is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to be effective on April 1, 2025. This will result in no change to the equity shareholding pattern of the company, as all shares of the Transferor Company are held by the Transferee Company.

In addition to these structural changes, Windsor Machines is also appointing new senior management personnel. The corporate office is shifting to a new location in Ahmedabad, effective January 1, 2026. These initiatives signal a period of strategic growth and operational realignment for Windsor Machines.
