Following the sale, the acquirers' stake in 5paisa Capital Ltd stands at 2,461,046 shares, representing 7.88% of the company's total voting capital. This marks a 2.03% fluctuation from their previous reported holding of 9.91%. The total paid-up equity capital of 5paisa Capital Ltd remains at 31,242,338 shares.
