Voltamp Transformers Limited's board of directors approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025, at their meeting on November 8, 2025. The company reported a total income of ₹95,659.21 Lakhs for the half-year, with a net profit of ₹15,839.90 Lakhs for the same period. Total equity attributable to equity holders stood at ₹164,467.19 Lakhs as of September 30, 2025, up from ₹158,762.01 Lakhs on March 31, 2025.

In a key management development, Vijay Gupta has been elevated to chief operating officer (COO), effective November 8, 2025. Categorized as a senior management personnel, Gupta holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and an MBA, bringing 33 years of experience in the transformer industry. He has been with Voltamp Transformers for 18 years, previously heading the Power Transformer (PT) Unit, and also spent 15 years with Crompton Greaves Ltd.
