Vineeta Chiripal, a promoter of Shanti Educational Initiatives Limited, has announced the sale of 500,000 shares in the company, according to a disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The transaction, dated November 6, 2025, reduces Chiripal's voting rights from 0.59% to 0.27% of the total share capital.
