Ultramarine & Pigments reports strong half-year financial performance

For the half year ended September 30, 2025, Ultramarine & Pigments reported a standalone total income of ₹35,762 Lakhs, an increase from ₹31,305 Lakhs in the previous year. Standalone profit before tax stood at ₹4,824 Lakhs, up from ₹4,488 Lakhs, with a profit for the period of ₹3,662 Lakhs compared to ₹3,405 Lakhs previously. Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) for the half year increased to ₹12.54 from ₹11.66.

On a consolidated basis, the total income for the half year ended September 30, 2025, reached ₹38,567 Lakhs, an improvement from ₹32,858 Lakhs reported in the prior year. Consolidated profit before tax rose to ₹5,236 Lakhs from ₹4,627 Lakhs, and the profit for the period was ₹3,954 Lakhs, compared to ₹3,517 Lakhs. The consolidated basic and diluted EPS also saw an increase to ₹13.54 from ₹12.05.

The board of directors approved these unaudited financial results at their meeting on November 8, 2025.
