TeamLease Services reports strong Q2 FY26 earnings with headcount growth

TeamLease Services Limited announced a consistent Q2 FY26, with group revenue increasing 5% quarter-on-quarter and EBITDA growing 24%. The company added over 7,000 net headcounts, reflecting 3% quarter-on-quarter growth, with over 140 new client acquisitions. This contributed to a 10% growth in PBT for the quarter. The general staffing business saw over 8,000 net headcount additions, with 23% from new client acquisitions.

Specialized staffing, particularly in the GCC segment, served as a core growth engine, contributing 62% of overall net revenue. This segment recorded 300 net hires, an 18% quarter-on-quarter sequential growth, and onboarded 21 new logos. The degree apprenticeship segment added approximately 2,600 apprentices and saw an increase in operational PAPM by Rs. 11, alongside 19 new client additions.

The company anticipates maintaining a 25% year-on-year EBITDA growth by the end of the year, supported by continued demand, strategic client acquisition, and ongoing operational improvements including technology and productivity enhancements. Capital investments on the HR Services side are complete, with operational investments expected to yield results in coming quarters.
