Reliance executives to attend UBS India summit

Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) executives are scheduled to participate in the UBS Annual India Summit on November 12, 2025, in Mumbai. The engagement, organized by a third party, is an institutional investors' meeting.

The company stated that the meeting with investors will be conducted on a one-on-one basis. Reliance Industries confirmed that no unpublished price-sensitive information is intended to be shared or discussed during this one-on-one meeting. This disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
